When people think of family photos, they often imagine everyone lined up in matching outfits, plastering on a smile while someone behind the camera says, “cheese!” But that’s not really what life looks like, is it?
The way I see it, family photography should feel fun, relaxed, and completely you. I want you to look back at your photos and remember not just how you looked, but how it felt—the giggles, the cuddles, the little moments in between. That’s why I specialise in lifestyle family photography in Berkshire. It’s all about telling your story in a way that feels natural and true.
Why I Love Lifestyle Photography
Lifestyle photography is about letting go of perfection and embracing the magic of real moments. Sometimes that looks like your toddler running wild through a field, sometimes it’s a quiet hug between you and your partner. The beauty is that it’s always authentic.
The best part? Most of my favourite photos happen when you forget I’m even there.
A Little About Me
I wasn’t always a photographer. I used to work in tech PR, writing stories that didn’t mean much to me. It wasn’t until I had my child that I realised how precious these little slices of life really are. Suddenly, it felt like the most important thing in the world to document those stories—the ones that actually matter.
That’s how this whole journey started, and why I love what I do now.
What My Clients Say
The families I work with often tell me they love that their photos feel like them. No stiff posing, no awkward smiles—just genuine moments that they’re proud to look back on and share.
One family recently told me their gallery felt like “watching their own family movie.” And honestly? That’s exactly what I hope for every time I pick up my camera.
Where I Work
I’m based near Reading, but I travel all around:
Berkshire
Oxford & Oxfordshire
West & South London
So whether you’re searching for a family photographer in Reading, an engagement photographer in Oxford, or a newborn photographer in Berkshire, I’d love to capture your story.
